Sue has enjoyed working with children and young people since she trained as an NNEB during the 80’s. Her knowledge and desire to promote inclusion grew over the years working with children with learning disabilities at a Buckinghamshire residential school and as the Rural Inclusion Officer for the Bucks Play Association.
For the past 14 years she has worked as a Teaching Assistant at a Buckinghamshire specialist school for communication and interaction. During this time she continued to learn and develop as a practitioner, most importantly appreciating the uniqueness of each individual and has adapted her skills accordingly.
Sue trained as a Forest School Leader and enjoyed setting up and running this facility.
Sue’s hobbies include camping and singing in a local choir and she feels that her calm and reassuring nature will be an asset to the team
